Agriculture Worker

Apt Resources is hiring Agriculture Workers to join our client's dedicated team at their esteemed agricultural operation in Abu Dhabi. As an Agriculture Worker, you will play a crucial role in the daily activities of the farm, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. This position requires a strong work ethic, commitment to quality, and a passion for agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting various crops, including fruits and vegetables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Care for plants by watering, weeding, and applying fertilizers as directed.
• Monitor crop growth and report any issues related to pest infestations or diseases to supervisors.
• Maintain and operate farm equipment, including tractors and irrigation systems, under supervision.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with other farm workers and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Help in the packaging and transporting of harvested produce to designated areas.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and tools are in good working order.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in agricultural work or similar roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of farming practices and crop production.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as required.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in agriculture.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Benefits:
Salary: AED 1,400 plus AED200 food allowance. The company provides accommodation, work visa, airfare, and health insurance.
