What you will be doing:
·         Working directly with agile teams as a Scrum Master on planning and execution
·         Mentoring and teaching agile teams and individuals within the Product Development Organization including the leadership team
·         Facilitating cross functional collaboration within the Product Development Organization
·         Living and breathing the continuous improvement culture
·         Championing change management
·         Implementing agile team rollouts
·         Coaching new employees on agile process

· A thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and metrics

·         Tremendous Organization and Communication skills
·         Intrinsically motivated
·         Solid interpersonal skills and plays extremely well with others
·         Passion around facilitation, empowerment, and servant leadership
·         Know/worked with and within Scrum, Kanban, and/or XP teams extensively
·         Knowledge of sound Agile Engineering Practices (TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, etc.)
·         Sound knowledge around Agile Lifecycle Management Tools
·         Bachelor’s Degree required
