Location: Noida/ Chennai

Job Role:

• Initiate and govern Agile squads aligned with business objectives, ensuring effective planning of activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Must be French B2 level certified, strong in verbal/written French
• Manage Agile Squad including French Customer resources and will have constant and regular interactions in French inside the team.
• Drive stakeholder engagement through clear communication and facilitate Agile practices while coaching teams on Scrum frameworks and best practices.
• Track delivery using key metrics like Velocity and Burndown, remove obstacles, and support DevOps adoption.
• Apply governance to manage risks, resources, and budgets, while also handling people management responsibilities such as career discussions and feedback.

• Support DevOps adoption by enabling Agile-aligned project setups.
• Apply project governance and manage risks, resources, and budgets as needed.
