We have an exciting opportunity at Envoy Global for a driven Agile Project Manager to join us full‑time. In this role, you will lead small to mid‑sized Agile projects, facilitate key ceremonies, and partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery. You will manage risks, maintain project governance materials, track progress through Jira/JPD, and provide clear updates to senior leadership. If you excel in Agile delivery, communication, and stakeholder management, this role offers a strong platform to make meaningful impact.

As our Agile Project Manager, you will be required to:

• Lead end to end small to mid-sized projects with defined scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, Quality analysts, architects to ensure successful delivery.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).

• Proactively identify, track, and escalate project risks and issues across multiple teams.

• Develop and maintain project documentation – project schedules, RAID Logs, and governance materials.

• Prepare and deliver status updates to senior leadership.

• Track progress using Agile tools such as Jira/JPD and ensure adherence to quality standards and Agile best practices.

• Champion continuous improvement in project delivery practices, tools, and methodologies.

To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with proven experience driving end‑to‑end delivery in Agile environments.

• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira/JPD for sprint planning, progress tracking, and reporting.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.

• Ability to proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks while ensuring adherence to Agile best practices and quality standards.

• Demonstrated capability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across teams, processes, and project outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8 - 10 years of proven project management experience.
