Embrace the 'measure twice, cut once' philosophy
Value and encourage diverse ideas and technologies
Lead with empathy in all interactions
Responsibilities:
Support Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Track task progress, dependencies, and risks, and help surface issues to the appropriate stakeholders
Coordinate communication between engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams
Help translate high-level requirements into clear, actionable tasks
Support continuous improvement efforts by helping document processes and identifying workflow efficiencies
Prepare status updates, summaries, and basic reporting for internal stakeholders
Assist with documentation and knowledge sharing
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related program
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Interest in software development, technology, and how engineering teams operate
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Familiarity with project tracking or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence, Notion)
Introductory coursework or experience in computer science, software development, or data concepts
Previous co-op, internship, or group project experience involving coordination or delivery
Interest in product, program management, or technical operations roles
While meeting all of these criteria would be ideal, we understand that some candidates may meet most, but not all. If you're passionate, curious and ready to "work smart and get things done," we'd love to hear from you.
