Enable and grow people with the people & culture tools and methods to formulate and sustain high performance culture
Enhance business strategy focus and organizational efficiency via identifying organizational impediments and driving improvement with Lean & Agile tools & methods
Manage organizational transformation and change projects
Drive teams performance (team target, competence, culture, …)
·        Entrepreneurial & Leadership Competence:
o   Understanding of business management contexts
o   Strong organization & team development skills
o   Lateral leadership skills
 
·       Interpersonal Competence:
o   Drive to continuously challenge the status quo
o   Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
o   Strong trust-building and networking skills
 
·       Professional Competence:
o   Several years of professional experiences as, Organizational Coach, Change Management Expert, Organizational Development Expert, Agile Master, or similar
o   Corporate culture, organizational behavior, leadership expert
o   Deep knowledge of organizational development and change management methods and mastery of relevant tools e.g. Lean, Agile
o   Strong facilitation skills
