What awaits you

 

Responsible for creating added value and continuous improvement in the area of activity together with the other core roles (in particular with the product owner)

Responsible for the application and development of effective methods and processes within the framework of the Agile Working Model (AWM) as well as promoting a clear attitude for efficient cooperation within the area of activity and beyond

Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

Coach team members in Agile frameworks

Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

Help teams implement changes effectively

Support in ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

Responsible for the transparent presentation of progress, dependencies and improvement potential for delivery and team performance

Making team performance visible with appropriate metrics and continuous improvement of collaboration (identification of deficits and potential for improvement)

Promoting continuous learning and networking beyond one's own area of activity

Transfer of knowledge (including AWM, tools, moderation techniques) to teams and management as well as empowerment through coaching and training

Continuous management of impediments (including refinement and communication of solutions)

Shaping change and setting an example of willingness to change

Acting as a frame giver for agile events and facilitation of multi-perspectives (e.g. different roles/responsibilities/networks)

 

What should you bring along

 

University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position

Familiarity with software development

Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Comfortable with working in iterations and open to changing priorities

Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts

Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

Outstanding organizational skills

Competency to implement and comply with the Agile Working Model (AWM) at all responsible levels

Competency to manage impediments to the appropriate location for remediation

Escalation competency of one's own area of activity with regards to management

Competency for methodological and organizational development of the Agile Working Model (AWM) by introducing measures and suggestions for improvement to the appropriate committees

Competency to point out change and development potential to optimize delivery and team performance, as well as to derive and implement suitable measures in one's own area of activity

Excellent command of both spoken and written English
