Job Title: Agile Coach  

Location: Remote  

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to fill the role of Enterprise Agile Transformation & Practice Leader, SAFe/Agile Coach & Trainer, and Agile Program Manager. This position supports a strategic federal program aimed at ensuring drinking water safety and environmental compliance. This role requires leading Agile transformation efforts, coaching cross-functional teams, managing program delivery, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Agile Transformation & Practice Leader

• Develop and execute enterprise Agile transformation strategy.
• Establish and mature Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) standards, tools, and best practices.
• Align Agile transformation with federal mission objectives and compliance requirements.
• Lead Agile maturity assessments and roadmap creation.

SAFe/Agile Coach & Trainer

• Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, RTEs, Scrum Masters, and leadership in SAFe best practices.
• Deliver SAFe training and Agile workshops (e.g., Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, LPM).
• Facilitate key ceremonies including PI Planning, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt.
• Advocate Lean-Agile values across the organization. 

Agile Program Manager

• Oversee Agile program delivery across workstreams, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
• Manage program scope, timeline, risks, deliverables, and team performance.
• Provide executive-level updates and reporting.
• Serve as a liaison between federal stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• U.S. Citizenship is required 
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• 10+ years of experience in Agile delivery and program management
• 5+ years of experience in coaching Agile/SAFe transformations
• Active SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
• Experience working in a federal contracting environment
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with EPA, public health, or environmental safety programs
• Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne
• Experience implementing DevSecOps in federal Agile environments.
