We are in a phase of transformation where we want to implement Agile methodologies across the company, and we are searching for someone to support this effort with enthusiasm and energy!

What you’ll do (and enjoy!):

• Train team members in Agile practices and inspire them with the values of the Agile philosophy

• Be the “coordinator” of Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices, helping teams find their own rhythm

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, PMs, and clients—all working together to create outstanding projects

• Set up workshops, retrospectives, and interactive sessions to turn continuous improvement into a real experience

• Constantly look for ways to make things faster, smarter, and more fun by improving our internal processes and by increasing collaboration, communication and transparency

• Act as the connecting link for the team, ensuring communication and mutual support while delivering value to our clients

Requirements:
What we want from you:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or any other relevant degree

• 1-2+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in software projects

• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and having fully embraced the Agile mindset

• Ability to inspire and train teams—coaching is in your DNA

• You see opportunities for improvement everywhere and bring solutions that make a real difference

• Strong communication skills, customer-centric, and ability to manage multiple priorities (we operate in a fast-paced environment!)

• Experience with JIRA

• Certifications in Agile/SCRUM
