Roles & Responsibilities :
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives) for two development teams
• Coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices, fostering self-organization and accountability
• Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and roadmap alignment
• Remove impediments and proactively manage risks
• Facilitate cross-team coordination in a multi-site setup (Germany, India, US)
• Ensure transparency in metrics (velocity, burn-down, predictability, quality indicators)
• Promote DevOps and engineering best practices where applicable
• Enable collaboration across hardware, software, and system engineering teams in the Energy domain
• Guide stakeholders on Agile adoption and transformation practices
 
Educational qualification:
B.E. / M.Tech in ECE, EEE, CSE or equivalent
Experience :
8–12 years
Mandatory/requires Skills :
• Strong Agile/Scrum background
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for multiple teams
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or scaled Agile exposure preferred)
• Experience in engineering or product development environments
• Ability to manage distributed/global teams
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills (working with Germany, India, and US teams)
Preferred Skills :
• Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or Energy domain
• Exposure to embedded systems, power electronics, or industrial systems is an advantage
• Experience in Non-Automotive industrial product development environments
