We’re looking for an experienced Agile Coach (SAFe) to accelerate our enterprise-wide agile transformation. If you’re passionate about driving cultural change, scaling agility, and enabling organisations to deliver smarter and faster, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the rollout of SAFe across the organisation, designing and driving the implementation roadmap.
• Launch and support Agile Release Trains (ARTs), from preparation to PI Planning and ongoing coaching.
• Guide business and IT leaders toward shared goals, breaking silos and strengthening collaboration.
• Coach teams, managers, and executives on SAFe roles, principles, and ceremonies.
• Enable Lean Portfolio Management, improving governance, prioritisation, and delivery flow.
• Support Triskell implementation to enhance portfolio visibility and capacity planning.
• Promote innovation, including AI integration into agile practices and the adoption of RSE/Green IT principles.
Profile: 
• 3+ years implementing SAFe at enterprise scale.
• Strong experience with ART launches, PI Planning, and cross-unit transformation.
• Solid understanding of Lean Portfolio Management.
• Mandatory certification: SAFe SPC or A‑SPC.
• Bonus points for: RTE, POPM, LPM certifications. 
Not mandatory, but a plus: 
• Familiarity with Triskell and agile performance metrics (predictability, flow, etc.).
• Knowledge of AI-related use cases and sustainability practices is a plus.
Languages:
• English: C1
• French: B1+ is a plus
