Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile Processes: Guide and coach up to five MiFinity teams in safe Agile best practices, focusing on the implementation and optimization of Scrum or Kanban frameworks. This includes facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across multiple teams.
Collaborate with Project Management and Product Owners: Work closely with Project Managers and Product Owners to align team activities with overall project goals and timelines. Assist in refining product backlogs, prioritizing work, and ensuring clear communication of priorities and requirements across all teams.
Remove Impediments: Actively identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the progress of up to five teams. This includes collaboration with other teams, departments, and external stakeholders to ensure all teams have the necessary resources and support.
Support Team Leads: Assist Team leads in managing backlogs, refining user stories, and prioritizing tasks to align with business goals and customer needs, ensuring consistency and clarity across all teams.
Promote Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reflecting on team processes and encouraging the adoption of best practices. Drive initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and collaboration across the multiple teams.
JIRA Management: Utilize JIRA for tracking project progress, managing backlogs, and reporting on key metrics. This includes configuring JIRA boards, creating custom workflows, and ensuring that all teams leverage JIRA effectively for transparency and productivity.
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ year experience in Infrastructure Operational domains (e.g. Network, End User Computing, Development and Cloud)
3+ year experience as Scrum Master.
Extensive experience with Jira.
Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience and understanding about how to develop and operate highly critical systems.
