Agile coach

we are the lookout for an experienced Agile Coach to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in coaching and guiding teams on Agile methodologies to improve their processes, increase productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will help our clients in transitioning to Agile practices and enhance their operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and training to teams on Agile principles, frameworks, and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to promote Agile methodologies and foster collaboration.
• Support teams in implementing Agile practices effectively and help in overcoming obstacles.
• Assess the current state of Agile practices in the organization and develop strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive the cultural shift towards Agile across the organization.
• Monitor and report on Agile team performance, providing insights and recommendations for better outcomes.
• Develop metrics to measure success and progress in Agile transformations.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully coaching teams through Agile transformations.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist (SA)), is a plus.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage conflict effectively.
• Experience in metrics and reporting related to Agile performance is preferred.
• Relevant experience in industry domains like IT, software development, or consultancy is advantageous.
