Job Description

Escolaridad: Ingeniería Biomédica, Ing. Sistemas Computacionales (preferencia), Ingeniería en telecomunicaciones o afín.
Experiencia: 3 a 5 años en mercado de Sistemas Informáticos (IT) en sector salud.
Habilidades: enfoque resultados, trabajo equipo, productividad, toma de decisiones, enfoque al cliente.
Conocimientos: SQL Developer, SOAPS, JAVA, Wildfly, Oracle DDBB, Windows Server
Idioma: Inglés básico

Responsabilidades principales:
• Analiza y resuelve incidencias técnicas de hardware, software o conectividad a través de herramientas de acceso remoto (teamviewer, any desk, Escritorio remoto)
• Identificar la causa raíz del problema
• Registrar, priorizar y documentar cada solicitud en el sistema de ticketline
• Asegurar el seguimiento hasta la resolución del problema y que se comuniquen los avances al usuario
• Brindar asesoría y orientación a usuarios para resolver dudas y problemas con el uso de nuestras soluciones
• Coordinar ingenieros de soporte en sitio o especialistas cuando la incidencia requiere una solución e sitio o especializada Compensaciones
