Job Description

Descripción del cargo Buscamos un/a Asociado/a de Nómina para unirse a nuestro equipo en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo acelerado. Este rol requiere la capacidad de pensar y reaccionar con agilidad, así como brindar un servicio al cliente de alta calidad. La persona será responsable de procesar y registrar de manera precisa las nóminas de los clientes, garantizando el cumplimiento de los tiempos y la normativa vigente, además de ofrecer un excelente acompañamiento y soporte a los clientes.

Responsabilidades

Programar y gestionar múltiples nóminas de clientes. Administrar el flujo de trabajo para asegurar que todas las transacciones de nómina se procesen con precisión, puntualidad y cumplimiento normativo. Aplicar correctamente la normativa relacionada con impuestos de nómina. Procesar cálculos de embargos salariales, órdenes de manutención (child support) y retenciones fiscales. Generar reportes de cierre mensual, trimestral y anual de manera precisa y oportuna. Elaborar reportes ad hoc para clientes según requerimientos. Trabajar con clientes en distintos entornos de nómina, incluyendo control de tiempo, procesamiento y reportes. Resolver consultas de los clientes relacionadas con nómina y sistemas de nómina. Gestionar proyectos asignados con clientes. Atender llamadas y responder a consultas de clientes. Coordinar de principio a fin las actividades del proceso de nómina con los clientes. Brindar un servicio al cliente de alto nivel, asegurando seguimiento, cumplimiento y responsabilidad. Realizar otras funciones asignadas según sea necesario.
