Modalidad: Remoto Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 7:30 a.m. a 4:00 p.m. (Hora Centro – CT)

Descripción del puesto Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Representante de Servicio al Cliente de alto nivel, completamente bilingüe en inglés y español, con experiencia comprobada en la industria legal. Esta persona será responsable de brindar una atención excepcional a nuestros clientes, asegurando una comunicación clara, profesional y oportuna.

Responsabilidades Actuar como el principal punto de contacto para los clientes, brindando soporte profesional y oportuno en inglés y español. Gestionar comunicaciones entrantes y salientes (llamadas, correos electrónicos y mensajes) relacionadas con consultas legales y actualizaciones de casos. Recopilar y verificar información de los clientes de manera precisa, manteniendo estricta confidencialidad y cumplimiento de los estándares legales. Coordinar con los equipos legales para garantizar una comunicación fluida y un seguimiento adecuado de cada caso. Ofrecer un alto nivel de servicio al cliente, manejando situaciones sensibles y de carácter urgente con profesionalismo.
