Horario: Lunes a Viernes, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Modalidad: On - site Ubicación: Merida, Yucatán

Responsabilidades:

• Coordinar citas y procedimientos para múltiples proveedores en distintas ubicaciones.

• Revisar cuidadosamente expedientes médicos y referencias para confirmar elegibilidad de programación.

• Verificar documentación requerida antes de agendar (demográficos, referencias, visitas previas, requisitos de procedimiento).

• Comunicar instrucciones médicas previas al procedimiento de manera clara y precisa a los pacientes.

• Apoyar la gestión de agendas de los proveedores y contribuir a reducir ausencias.

• Realizar llamadas de seguimiento y coordinación de citas.

• Atender llamadas entrantes con profesionalismo y empatía.

Habilidades y Requisitos:

• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en atención al cliente BPO

• Ingles conversacional avanzado (B2+/C1)

• Atención al detalle y capacidad de manejar múltiples proveedores y ubicaciones.
