Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Melakukan akuisisi dan rekrutmen Agent Partner (agen/mitra layanan keuangan) di area penugasan
• Melakukan kunjungan lapangan (canvassing) untuk memperluas jaringan mitra
• Mensosialisasikan dan mengedukasi produk AmarthaLink kepada calon mitra
• Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan mitra untuk meningkatkan aktivitas transaksi
• Memonitor dan memastikan performa mitra sesuai target
• Membantu menyelesaikan kendala operasional yang dihadapi mitra
• Membuat laporan aktivitas dan pencapaian secara berkala

Requirements:
Pendidikan minimal Diploma

Terbuka untuk fresh graduate / berpengalaman di bidang sales lapangan menjadi nilai tambah

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik

Terbiasa bekerja dengan target

Siap bekerja mobile/lapangan

Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM aktif (lebih disukai)

Mengenal area Madiun dan sekitarnya
