• To communicate with overseas offices to ensure that import documents reach destination in timely manner.
• To ensure accurate shipment data information.
• To prepare the Arrival Notice to consignees and ensure consignee alert of ETA date of cargo and the expiration of free time storage.
• To co-ordinate with co-loaders and carriers the delivery of Container Yard cargoes.
• To accurately check credit accounts.
• To audit and release delivery order to consignees.
• To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.

• University Graduate with 1 years’ experience in forwarding or carrier industry.
• Good planning and organizing skills. 
• Solid knowledge of import operations and documentation.
• Good command of English.
• Well versed in MS Office programs..
