Department: Centralized Trucking

Position Reports To: Supervisor - Service Provider Management

Summary Description

Assist Supervisor/Department Head with all aspects of the Department, while ensuring the proper and timely movement of freight.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Learn and apply Company’s Customer Service Standard to ensure that service quality can be up to company standard for both internal and external customers.
• Carry out and supervise the team for customer service, handle complaints from internal and external customers
• Assist Branch Transcon sales effort
• Contact, seek the certified trucking service provider and pick up, delivery services provider met company standard
• Perform periodical assessment for Service Providers to maintain and improve the quality of service
• Do customer service and customer assessment for Transcon’s operations
• Train, motivate and challenge to other staffs
• Update transportation regulation, and ensure safety policy.

• Graduated student from University/ College or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experiences in domestic transport and cross border
• Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to put extra hours, as required.
• Well-organized, innovative, self-motivated.
• Able to work in the team, under high pressure and tight deadline
