We are building the AI backend that powers everything from property management to guest communication - a system of interconnected agents that reason, act, and learn.

As an Agent Engineer, you will design, build, and run the systems that make agents possible.

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, system design, and security - part backend engineer, part systems thinker, and part AI operator. You will architect and maintain the infrastructure that allows multiple agents to run concurrently, manage memory and knowledge, stay context-aware, and operate safely within organizational boundaries.

What you will do:

• Design and build agent runtimes that handle orchestration, state, and concurrency

• Implement memory and knowledge systems that support retrieval, reasoning, and context persistence

• Integrate MCPs and external APIs, ensuring safe and efficient tool execution

• Design secure data boundaries and enforce RBAC and privacy across agent requests

• Develop evaluation and monitoring frameworks to measure usefulness, latency, cost, and accuracy

• Optimize performance and reliability across multi-agent systems running on cloud infrastructure
