• To fully inform customers about inbound shipments and arrival notice eg. By sending pre-alert and answer general telephone inquiries professionally.

• To trace & track shipments with airlines and overseas branches for smooth operations.

• To check customers’ credit line and the term with issued report.

• To assist on following-up payment from customers especially non-credit accounts.

• To handle claims and PNC to airline.

• To assist in solving consol settlement problems and Break-bulk clerk workload.

• To coordinate with sales and oversea branches for correct rates quoted to customers.

• To follow up Delivery Order from Airport.

• To authorize release of correct freights to respective customers and fully check the customer’s credit limits.

• To check, review and verify inbound documents.

• To input event codes as per Operation Process Standard.

• To reply overseas for shipment tracking.

• To generate billing of invoices for shipment customs clear through Expeditors.

• To act as customs clearance coordinator between customers, terminal operators and brokerage team.

• To take up additional assignments as required to meet with the Company needs.

 

 

 

• University graduate, preferably with minimum 1 year's relevant experience.

• Good communication in English.

• Typing skills and computer literacy.
