About Sia Experience
Sia Experience is the full-service creative agency within Sia. In the SiaX-Creative business line, we combine creative, CX, marketing, and deep AI expertise with industry leading knowledge to deliver impactful, growth-focused solutions for our clients. By bringing together agencies known for creating standout work for leading brands, SiaX is a premier player in the creative and digital agency space—pairing the speed, creativity, and independence of top boutique shops with the reach and resources of a global network.
At SiaX we’re nimble, deeply collaborative, and known for delivering high-impact work with lean teams. As strategic partners to our clients, we focus on building brands and delivering growth for clients that are aiming to break through creative barriers and accelerate digital transformation.
As our Growth Project Manager, you’ll serve as the operational engine behind the agency’s new business and growth efforts. Partnering closely with the BU Lead / Agency Partner, you’ll help drive pitches, proposals, and RFP responses from kickoff through submission, keep cross-functional teams aligned, support agency visibility initiatives, and ensure our growth operation runs with precision and momentum.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-moving position for someone who thrives in creative environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and knows how to keep multiple high-stakes initiatives moving simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, marketing, operations, and business development — helping shape how the agency shows up in market, pursues opportunities, and wins new work.
Your Impact
• Own the coordination and execution of agency pitches, proposals, decks, strategic documents, and RFP responses from kickoff through final submission, ensuring materials are polished, strategically organized, thoughtfully written, and delivered on time while keeping internal teams aligned throughout the process
• Partner closely with the BU Lead / Agency Partner to support and help drive the agency’s broader growth and new business initiatives
• Bring structure, organization, and momentum to fast-moving opportunities by proactively managing timelines, workflows, follow-ups, approvals, and communication across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Support the agency’s external visibility efforts through the coordination of speaking engagements, industry events, awards submissions, partnership opportunities, and related marketing initiatives
• Develop and maintain prospect, market, and competitive intelligence that strengthens positioning, sharpens outreach and proposals, and supports more strategic growth decisions
• Help improve and streamline the operational side of the growth function by organizing information, identifying gaps, and creating more scalable and efficient ways of working
What Success Looks Like
• Pitches, proposals, decks, and RFP responses are organized, polished, strategically thoughtful, and consistently delivered without last-minute chaos
• Cross-functional teams feel aligned, informed, and supported because communication, timelines, and next steps are proactively managed and clearly communicated
• Leadership has confidence that opportunities are moving forward efficiently and that important details, deliverables, and follow-ups are being handled thoughtfully and professionally
• The agency shows up strongly in market through well-coordinated events, speaking engagements, awards, and external visibility opportunities that reinforce the agency’s reputation and positioning
• Research and competitive intelligence help sharpen how the agency approaches opportunities and positions itself in conversations and proposals
• The growth function becomes more organized, scalable, and operationally strong through improved coordination, stronger processes, and greater consistency across initiatives
• 3–6 years of experience in a project management, business development, growth, marketing, account management, or agency operations role within a creative, digital, branding, PR, communications, or marketing agency environment
• Prior experience supporting agency new business efforts, including pitches, proposals, decks, and/or RFP response coordination
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft, refine, and organize pitch decks, presentations, RFP responses, briefing materials, and other client-facing documents with a high level of polish and attention to detail
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, account, production, marketing, or leadership functions
• Naturally proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with strong judgment, follow-through, and attention to detail
• Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy while partnering closely with senior leadership and managing high-visibility initiatives
• Interest in agency growth, marketing, culture, industry trends, and how modern agencies position themselves in competitive markets
• Experience supporting speaking engagements, events, awards submissions, partnerships, or agency marketing initiatives is a plus
