We have immediate openings for “Agency Development Manager - ADM ” for one of the reputed clients for Bangalore location.

Position: Agency Development Manager - ADM

Project Location: Bangalore

Exp. Level: 1 to 8 years

Roles and responsibilities

• ADM will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.
• Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
• Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA certification.
• Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.
• Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets

Qualification

• Should be a Graduate

Skills required

• 1-8 years experience in sales. Experience in Insurance, Banking, Broking, Financial product selling, Telecom, IT sales, Consumer Goods, Pharma sales.
• Need to have hunger for growth in life.
• Proficiency in English and local language.
• Need aggressive, ambitious, clear thought process guys
