We are currently opening opportunities for Indonesian healthcare professionals to pursue a career in Aged Care in Australia through a structured international placement program.

Through this program, candidates will be guided to meet the necessary training, competency, and employment requirements prior to placement, ensuring readiness to work in a professional healthcare and aged care environment in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe, respectful, and person-centered care to elderly residents
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and medication reminders as directed
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or care team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Assist residents in participating in social and recreational activities
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Follow care plans, workplace safety standards, and infection control procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care activities
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or relevant healthcare background
• Minimum 1 YOE required in aged or disability care.
• Experience in a hospital, clinic, community health, or caregiving is an advantage
• Experience in elderly care, home care, or caregiving is a plus
• Willing to undertake aged care training or certification as required
• Willing to achieve IELTS Academic (target overall 6.0–7.0) or equivalent English qualification
• Candidates with existing English test scores will be prioritized
• Able to provide required documents, including:
• Academic transcripts (translated to English)
• Clinical or caregiving training records
• Employment certificates (if applicable)
• Willing to complete pre-employment requirements such as:
• Medical and vaccination requirements
• Background/police clearance
• Relevant aged care training or certification
• Strong motivation to work in elderly care and support vulnerable populations
• Compassionate, patient, and able to work in a team-based care environment
• Adaptable and willing to work in a professional international setting
