Join our After-Sales Department as an After-Sales Technical Support Specialist (f/m/d), delivering specialized technical support both remotely and on-site. You’ll ensure seamless performance and maintenance of Palfinger equipment—hydraulic cranes, polybooms, and aerial platforms—while upholding our commitment to excellence and driving exceptional customer satisfaction.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide remote and on-site technical support to the dealer network to ensure equipment operates efficiently
Monitor and manage follow-ups on service campaigns and specific action items
Translate and distribute technical documentation to the relevant stakeholders
Participate in training sessions in Spain and Austria to maintain and enhance technical expertise
Deliver hands-on technical training covering repair and commissioning of equipment to dealer personnel as needed
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

A degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years’ experience in after-sales service or maintenance of heavy machinery
Strong technical expertise in mechanics, hydraulics, and electronic systems, including troubleshooting with diagnostic tools
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, managing complex situations under pressure while ensuring quality standards both remotely and on -site
Excellent teamwork skills with a collaborative mindset and focus on achieving shared goals
Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1 level) both spoken and writen
