We’re now looking for an experienced Aftersales & Spare Parts Manager to lead and develop our Australian Spare Parts and Service function.
Your Role
Reporting to the Australian Business Development Manager, this is a hands-on role responsible for all aspects of Trimax’s spare parts and aftersales operations.
You’ll lead a small team across spare parts, service, and technical support, ensuring customers and dealers receive industry-leading support, while also driving spare parts and service revenue through structured, proactive engagement.
This role sits within the Sales team and works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and global Trimax entities.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead and develop the Spare Parts & Service team to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
Provide technical and mechanical support to customers and dealers
Oversee parts and service operations including inventory control, dispatch, and DIFOTIS performance
Drive spare parts and service revenue growth, margins, and profitability
Implement structured customer and dealer engagement programmes to proactively grow sales
Support dealer stocking strategies and global export operations
Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate capture of service and customer intelligence
Analyse warranty, failure, and service trends to drive continuous improvement
Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and operational presentation
What We’re Looking For
You’re customer focused, technically capable, and thrive in a role that blends leadership, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
You’ll ideally bring:
Strong leadership and people management experience
Agricultural machinery or automotive trade qualification or relevant experience (preferred)
Experience in spare parts interpretation, service, warehousing, or technical support environments
Proven ability to manage multiple business functions simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
IT competence (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
Forklift licence and Class 2 driver’s licence (or ability to obtain)
