Your Mission

Your mission is to plan and forecast Aftersales products to ensure high availability and service levels across the network. You will optimize inventory and warehouse performance to achieve a minimum 95% fill rate, manage backorders and critical VOR cases, and improve order-to-delivery times. Working closely with supply chain, logistics, and planning teams in Europe and China, you will also contribute to the development of a digitalized retail inventory strategy (RIM) within an international automotive and e-mobility environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsible for formulating after-sales spare parts plan and forecasting strategies (first batch of spare parts package&replenishment for new vehicle models) and issuing orders for overseas branch passenger car warehouses; Participate in optimizing shipping frequency, material storage areas, improving operational efficiency and warehouse utilization;

Close monitor of warehouse perfomance; parts stock levels, OTD, local delayed orders of overseas subsidiaries, maintaining delivery dates, and adding emergency orders; Participate in coordinating warehouse material inventory work site, follow up and verify discrepancies in materials;

Delivery management of the warehouse and the coordination of abnormal orders; Manage daily backorders per order type; ensure to limit the impact of parts delays especially for VOR cases.

Responsible for controlling and optimizing the inventory structure of spare parts in the passenger car warehouse;

Develop a retail inventory strategy (RIM) including the connected digitalization projects.

Close collaboration with entire product supply chain and other parts, logistics and planning departments in Europe and China.

What you bring

Manage daily backorders per order type; ensure to limit the impact of parts delays especially for VOR cases.

Close collaboration with other parts, logistics and planning departments in Europe and China.

Develop a retail inventory strategy (RIM) including the connected digitalization projects.

Strong automotive planning background (parts, accessories and other products)

Minimum Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering/management field of study.

5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.

Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish language and English is a must.

High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy.
