Job Description
Palmetto Preschool is hiring a dependable, energetic afternoon floater to support our center (ages 6 weeks–12 years). Hours are from 12-5:30pm, you must be able to work the entire time frame.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage children of various ages
Lead indoor/outdoor games and enrichment
Manage transitions and dismissal routines
Maintain a safe, organized, and positive environment
Communicate professionally with families
Qualifications:
Experience working with children preferred
Strong leadership and group management skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Professional communication skills
Ability to stay engaged and actively supervise (no personal device use while supervising)
