Job Description
Your tasks:
• You are responsible for the strategic development and continuous expansion of our international after-sales service partner network in the target markets USA, Europe, and KSA
• You conduct market and competitive analyses, identify suitable partner structures, and derive the optimal network strategy
• You evaluate, select, and qualify new service partners based on technical, commercial, and qualitative criteria
• You negotiate contracts in collaboration with Legal, Procurement, and Finance, ensuring sustainable and high-performing partnerships
• You define and monitor KPIs to manage service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• You establish governance and audit processes to ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards
• You coordinate the integration of new service partners into processes, systems, and training structures
• You work closely with internal departments such as Service Engineering, Training, Parts Logistics, and Sales to ensure holistic partner management
• You continuously monitor network performance and implement optimization measures, from performance improvements to network reorganization
Your profile:
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field, ideally with an international focus
• Several years of professional experience in international automotive after-sales, preferably in network or partner development, service management, or business development
• Experience in building and managing external service partners, including contract and performance management
• Proficient in market analyses and evaluation of international target markets (especially USA, Europe, Middle East)
• Negotiation experience with external partners and stakeholders at management level
• Strong intercultural competence and ability to sustainably build international partnerships
• Analytical and conceptual strength combined with a hands-on mentality
• Excellent command of English; additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Spanish are a plus
• High willingness to travel to support target markets on site
