• After Sales Service Partner Management
• Responding to customer and service partner inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Handling complaints from field
• Improvement of corporate design of service partners and KPI’S
• Collecting regular feedback from field
• Regular visiting service partners and dealers (min. 3 days a week)
• Finding new service partners accordingly
• University Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrics & Electronics Engineering, or similar field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC sector
• Minimum B level driver license and no travel restrictions
• Minimum Intermediate level of English knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
