Requirements:
• Min. 6 month experience related to customer service role
• Passionate in sport
• Customer centric mindset
• Strong business mindset
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, data organization, basic analysis)
• Solid knowledge of sports products
• Energetic, responsible, proactive, and well-organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays (5 days a week)
• Proficiency in English is an advantage

Job Description

• Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints regarding our products and services.
• Delivering the best users experience by providing accurate information, swift assistance, and empathetic solutions.
• Managing the issue across all platforms, including the refund, return, and exchange processes.
• Coordinating with different departments to ensure the satisfaction of Decathlon Indonesia's customers.
