Job Overview
This is not a platform management role. This is a growth ownership role with revenue and channel performance accountability.
Primary Metrics
New customer acquisition
Active number of creators
Average new customers per creator
Channel-level CAC and profitability
Key Functions
Owning overall performance of the commission-based creator channel across various social platforms
Creator funnel optimization (recruiting → onboarding → activation → contribution)
Developing incentive structures, commission tiers, and performance bonuses
Analyzing cohort performance and optimizing for productivity and CAC efficiency
Expanding affiliate programs into new social channels and formats
Designing creator campaigns (goals, incentives, eligibility requirements)
Developing clear creator briefs and messaging frameworks
Identifying and proposing new creator growth opportunities
Funneling high-performing affiliate creative into paid ads
Building scalable communication systems (newsletters, onboarding flows, promo calendars)
Managing a remote team of program administrators

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who are:
Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and self-directed, with strong judgment, and clear communication skills
4 years experience in affiliate program management (Aspire, GRIN, or similar platforms)
Skills and abilities of an ideal candidate:
6+ years experience in affiliate, creator, influencer, or performance partnerships within e-commerce
Experience scaling commission-based acquisition channels
Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, AOV, ROAS, conversion rate, and partner-level profitability
Experience designing commission structures, bonus tiers, and promotional strategies that drive incremental revenue
Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and scale high-performing affiliate partners
Management experience
Experience with Aspire, GRIN, or similar platforms preferred but not required
Strong working knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and attribution fundamentals
Job Details
Full-time, $99,300-$120,200/annually DOE;
