Purpose of Role/Summary:

The Affiliate Operations Specialist plays a key role in driving profitable growth by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing affiliate and in-app performance. This role ensures accuracy in reporting, commission validation, and traffic quality assessment while proactively identifying performance issues and minimizing fraud risks. The specialist will maintain full compliance with company policies and industry regulations, provide actionable performance insights to leadership, and represent the company at industry events. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, independent project management, and expertise in affiliate marketing and mobile attribution platforms, consistently upholding the organization's core values of Ethics, Commitment, and Innovation.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate reports on Affiliate performance KPIs

Monitor, analyze, and optimize in-app performance metrics, including clicks, conversions, CPA results, and revenue

Assess affiliate traffic quality daily to identify anomalies, minimize fraud risks, and address issues proactively

Calculate and validate monthly affiliate commissions with full accuracy

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal guidelines, and regulatory frameworks

Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements, and best practices in affiliate marketing

Provide regular reports and insights to the Head of Affiliate Department

Adhere to any requests that are related to the above points while upholding the company’s values (Ethics, Committed, Innovation) at the highest standards

Represent the company at expos, conferences, and networking events

Any Other Duties relevant to the role

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in Affiliate marketing in the Forex, Affiliate Network or Gambling industry

Familiarity with in-app traffic operations is a strong plus

Fluent in English and Russian

Additional languages will be considered as advantage

Experience with mobile attribution platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer) is highly desirable

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex datasets

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Understanding of fraud-detection techniques and performance metrics

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Working hours are 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday

The role is in Cyprus (Hybrid) / Remote
