Responsibilities::
• Primarily responsible for answering users' questions and providing timely, accurate support to ensure a positive user experience; 主要负责解答用户问题，提供及时且准确的支持，确保用户获得良好的体验
• Possess a solid understanding of referral and rebate mechanisms to assist Referral Pro Mode members by answering their inquiries via Telegram or internal community groups; 熟悉返佣和推荐机制，通过Telegram或内部社区群帮助超级返佣成员解答疑问
• Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights for internal teams, supporting product development and marketing strategies; 收集并分析社区反馈，为内部团队提供可行见解，支持产品开发和营销策略
• Monitor all affiliate and referral marketing activities to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards;监控所有联盟和返佣营销活动，确保合规和公司标准的执行
• Continuously explore new content formats, channels, creative ideas, and other opportunities for experimentation, optimization, and growth. (Potential opportunity to transition into a Business Development or Operations role.); 持续探索新内容形式、渠道和创意，寻找实验、优化和增长的机会。（有机会转向商务拓展或运营岗位）

Requirements::
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency related terminology, market trends, and Referral Pro Mode program rules; 熟悉加密货币相关术语、市场趋势及超级返佣项目规则
• Ability to work flexible hours to engage effectively with KOLs and community members across different time zones; 能适应灵活工作时间，有效与不同地区KOL和社区成员沟通
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; 中英文流利，具备良好的口头和书面沟通能力
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously; 优秀的组织和时间管理能力，能同时处理多项任务
• Mature business experience with strong ownership mindset and emotional intelligence; 具备成熟的业务经验，强烈的主人翁意识和情商
