About The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Affiliate Operations Expert to spearhead the growth of our global affiliate ecosystem.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between Product, Operations, and Growth to build a market-leading partnership framework.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Web3 landscape and knows how to navigate the complexities of affiliate incentives to drive sustainable user acquisition.

What You'll Be Doing

Ecosystem Strategy & Evolution: Design, manage, and iterate on our affiliate incentive structures (rebates, commissions, and tiers) to ensure our offering remains the most competitive in the global market.

Market Intelligence & Benchmarking: Stay at the forefront of the industry by monitoring global trends and competitor movements. Translate market shifts into actionable product and operational strategies.

High-Value Partner Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier affiliates (KOLs, trading communities, and financial platforms). Build long-term, high-impact relationships that align with our brand values.

Product-Led Growth (PLG): Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to optimize the affiliate management portal and tracking systems, ensuring a seamless experience for our partners.

Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze channel performance metrics to identify growth bottlenecks and implement data-backed solutions to improve conversion and retention rates.

What We Look For In You

•
Industry Expertise: 3+ years of experience in the Crypto/Web3 or FinTech space, specifically managing large-scale affiliate or referral programs.

Deep Market Insight: A thorough understanding of the operational models and incentive structures of major global exchanges.

•
Versatile Skillset: A hybrid background in Product Management, Operations, or Growth Marketing is highly preferred. You should be able to speak "product" and "business" with equal fluency.

Relationship Management: Proven ability to engage and negotiate with high-level stakeholders and influential industry partners.

•
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data visualization and performance tracking tools to drive decision-making.
