Bellota Labs is the team behind ClubWPT Gold, a leading online poker subscription platform operating under the World Poker Tour ecosystem. We operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where accountability, precision, and ownership matter.

We are seeking an Affiliate Operations Associate / Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of the ClubWPT Gold affiliate program. This is a highly operational and data-driven role - not a marketing or strategy position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage recurring affiliate reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Pull, validate, reconcile, and distribute affiliate performance reports
• Reconcile affiliate data with internal finance records to ensure payout accuracy
• Investigate discrepancies related to tracking, payouts, FTDs, CPA, Rev Share, hybrid deals, churn, and LTV
• Serve as the primary facilitator for affiliate-related data requests (internal & external)
• Coordinate closely with Finance on reporting validation and payment confirmation
• Coordinate with Legal on affiliate contracts, amendments, and documentation tracking
• Maintain organized records of affiliate agreements and historical performance data
• Support ongoing affiliate operations through analytical and administrative execution

Required Experience:
• 1–3+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate operations or a closely related role
• Direct experience in online poker, online casino, sports betting, or another regulated iGaming vertical
• Hands-on experience with affiliate reporting, tracking, and data reconciliation
• Familiarity with core iGaming affiliate metrics (FTDs, CPA, Rev Share, hybrid models, churn, LTV)
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance and Legal teams

Nice to Have:
• Experience with affiliate platforms or tracking tools in iGaming
• Exposure to affiliate contracts or compliance in regulated markets
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills with comfort handling large datasets
• Experience identifying reporting inefficiencies and improving workflows
