🌟 The Opportunity

Do you understand how affiliate programs truly operate behind the scenes? How they scale, where they break, and how revenue leaks when they are mismanaged?

We are seeking a senior-level Affiliate Marketing Manager to take full ownership of affiliate programs for a performance-driven digital marketing partner. This role is end-to-end and client-facing, with full responsibility for execution, auditing, optimization, and strategic direction.

You will manage platform operations, partner relationships, fraud prevention, reporting, and strategic recommendations with minimal oversight. You will also communicate directly with clients, translating data into clear insights and actionable strategy. This role is designed for someone who can scale affiliate programs cleanly while protecting revenue and maintaining compliance.

🎯 Your Mission

• Own affiliate programs end-to-end, including audits, execution, optimization, and scaling
• Manage affiliate platforms such as Awin, Impact, CJ, or comparable systems, including setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization
• Audit existing affiliate programs to identify revenue leakage, structural issues, and compliance risks
• Monitor, detect, and prevent affiliate fraud while enforcing program compliance standards
• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, including commission structures and performance expectations
• Present performance insights and strategic recommendations directly to clients during recurring calls
• Evaluate and execute platform migration recommendations when appropriate, ensuring clean transitions and minimal disruption
• Collaborate with internal media, influencer, and creative teams when affiliate initiatives overlap with other performance channels
• Deliver performance reporting focused on insights and decision-making rather than vanity metrics

🧠 Who You Are

• You have senior-level experience managing affiliate programs in an agency or in-house brand environment
• You are confident and effective in client-facing conversations, including strategic discussions and performance reviews
• You have a strong understanding of affiliate attribution models, platform nuances, commission structures, and fraud patterns
• You can operate independently within tools such as ClickUp or similar project management systems
• You communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal contexts
• You proactively identify risks and opportunities before they surface in performance reports

• Experience scaling affiliate programs from early-stage growth through maturity
• Experience working alongside influencer, creator, or paid media teams in overlapping strategies
