Our group-wide online marketing team is responsible for the international online campaigns of our matchmaking brands - from conception and analysis through to continuous optimization. Within this team, one unit focuses on affiliate marketing and partnerships, sourcing traffic from a wide variety of channels. You do not need to be an affiliate marketing expert - if you understand performance-driven logic and are keen to further specialize in affiliate marketing, we look forward to your application!
Minimum Qualifications and skills
• Several years of professional experience in online marketing – ideally with a focus on affiliate marketing or in related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with numbers, KPIs and performance data, which you can translate into clear, understandable communication.
• A proactive, structured and solution-oriented way of working, with the ability to drive projects forward independently.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications and skills
• Experience with tracking setups, monitoring data quality and technical collaboration with tech/data teams.
• You already use common AI tools and are interested in developments in this area.
• Good German skills, both written and spoken, to support our German brands and their marketing content.
What you can expect
• You are responsible for expanding and managing our international affiliate programs on Commission Junction and Awin.
• You build stable, trust-based relationships with our direct partners and define shared goals with them.
• You continuously identify new opportunities and take ownership of onboarding new publishers/partnerships.
• You develop commission models, conduct contract and commercial negotiations, and create win–win situations that form the basis for long-term collaboration.
• You analyze the performance of our campaigns and derive data-driven optimization measures.
• You prepare reports, keep an eye on all relevant KPIs, manage the budget, and communicate results at eye level with stakeholders.
• You work closely with internal teams such as Growth Marketing, Product and Business Insights and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on the latest status.
