The Role:
As an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator, you play a key role in supporting and driving the growth of our network of affiliate, influencer and publisher partners. This role focuses on reaching and building meaningful relationships with net new publishers and ensuring those partners are successfully activated, supported, and positioned for long-term success within our network.
The Responsibilities:
Affiliate and Influencer Recruitment
Support network growth by identifying, recruiting, and qualifying new affiliate and influencer partners
Conduct outreach and initial conversations to assess partner fit and traffic quality
Identify out-of-the-box targeting opportunities to support network and client program growth
Guide prospective affiliate partners through the application and approval process
Affiliate Onboarding & Activation
Own the onboarding experience for new partners, from acceptance through activation
Educate partners on platform capabilities, policies, and best practices
Ensure partners are set up correctly and meet activation requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues and reduce time-to-value
Affiliate and Network Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for partners during onboarding and early lifecycle stages
Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely fashion
Proactively identify and address common partner challenges or blockers
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow through to resolution
Reporting and Trends
Track onboarding progress, activation status, and key support metrics
Flag potential risks or quality concerns to senior team members
Communicate opportunities and strategic insights effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and publisher activities to stay ahead of changes and innovations
The Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Public Relations, or a related field
Demonstrable experience in customer support, customer relationship management or related areas
Strong organizational and process management skills and comfort working with CRM platforms
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Experience in affiliate and influencer marketing is a strong asset
Proactive, independent, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ability to think critically and follow through
