AFFILIATE MANAGER (Remote) - Shanghai, China
E-COMMERCE AND TELEHEALTH
GLOBAL GROWTH ROLE
This is not a junior role.
This is not local-only marketing.
This is a growth seat inside a global performance network running high-volume e-commerce and TeleHealth campaigns across multiple markets.
You manage revenue, partners, and outcomes.
Your scoreboard is EPC, ROI, CVR.
Strong performance creates fast global exposure.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Recruit, onboard, and scale high-quality affiliates across China.
Manage and optimize live campaigns using real performance data.
Track and improve EPC, CVR, AOV, ROI daily.
Operate inside platforms such as Everflow, Impact, HasOffers.
Work directly with international data, creative, and product teams.
Attend select international events or partner meetings when strategically valuable.
Own results end to end, no hand-holding.
WHO SHOULD APPLY
2 plus years experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce.
Hands-on experience managing live campaigns and partners.
Comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and accountability.
Experience with Everflow, Impact, HasOffers, CJ, or similar platforms.
Fluent in English and Chinese, and other languages are a plus.
Ambitious, self-driven, and performance focused.
