Business-Minded Coach: You have strong coaching credentials plus real leadership experience. You've walked the path and understand workplace challenges from the inside.
Flexible Coaching Style: We blend reflective coaching with practical guidance, rather than using purely non-directive coaching approaches. You'll need to be comfortable offering frameworks, resources, and direct insights when clients need them — not just powerful questions.
Tech-Enabled: Everything happens through our platform. You'll need genuine comfort with digital tools and curiosity about how technology enhances coaching outcomes.
Startup Mindset: We're building something new, which means some ambiguity and frequent changes. We're looking for people who find that exciting rather than frustrating.
Impact-Focused Partner: You measure success by client outcomes and want your coaching to create visible, measurable change.
What You'll Bring
Essential Requirements
ICF (ACC+), EMCC or equivalent accreditation
150+ coaching hours minimum
Track record with short-term & long term interventions (3-6 months)
5+ years management/leadership experience — you understand workplace challenges from lived experience, not just theory
Genuine tech comfort — not just willingness to learn, but actual ease with digital platforms
Minimum 2 days per week availability
Startup mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change

What You'll Do...
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver impactful 45-30 minute coaching sessions via video/audio/chat
Balance coaching and mentoring approaches based on what each client needs
Master our platform and provide feedback to keep improving the experience
Maintain detailed session notes and track client progress
Participate in weekly team supervision and training sessions
Adapt positively to platform updates and process evolution

Clients making visible progress and giving high satisfaction scores

Active engagement in team processes and shared learning
