Purpose
The Inside Sales Representative, under the direction of the SVP of Sales, grows and develops the business relating to Tiger Aesthetics products. As Inside Sales Representative, you will play an integral role in promoting and selling the Tiger Aesthetics product portfolio to existing, inactive and prospective accounts within the Medical Spa space. This role will require a deep understanding of our aesthetics product portfolio and the ability to demonstrate and explain products effectively to potential clients.
Responsibilities
Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email, using provided leads to introduce Tiger Aesthetics products, from 75-100 calls per day
Manage administrative tasks with 30% of time spent setting up appointments for top Medical Spa focused Territory Managers for alloClae
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Territory Manager for further development and closure
Deliver persuasive product presentations outlining products, features and benefits
Proficiently understand customer needs and the sales process through internal system
Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales objectives and goals
Foster lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, industry trends, and the competitive landscape
Demonstrate professional, compliant and ethical behavior during all customer interactions
Conduct follow-up service calls with customers post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction
Responsible for meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets
Up to 10% of travel as needed for events such as Quarterly Business Reviews or National Sales Meetings
Perform additional duties as needed
Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings. Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary

Qualifications/Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
At least 3 years of experience in sales or related field required, preferably in aesthetics, medical device or capital equipment; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Demonstrated customer service skills
Strong understanding of aesthetics products and industry
Competitive and results-oriented drive
Clearance of favorable background investigation required
