BSI is seeking an energetic and passionate Par-Time Aesthetician to join our growing dermatology and cosmetic surgery team at our beautiful San Francisco clinic. Hourly range from $25 to 32 an hour depending on experience plus bonus. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong interest in waxing, skincare, and cosmetic treatments and who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient experiences.

We’re looking for someone who is emotionally and professionally mature, proactive in problem-solving, and empowered to address patient needs as they arise.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

administers professional facials, peels, HydraFacial and other medical spa and natural skincare treatments to our patients.

possess a thorough knowledge of the skin, all skin types, sensitive, acne and pre and post surgical protocols

Provide consistent professional medical treatments, facial and body treatments in accordance with office protocols and accepted certification practices.

Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training patients in these areas so they are aware of all of our services offered.

Actively promote home skin care regimens and document all medical information using appropriate forms and clinical notes in the software system.

Actively promote all treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Licensed Esthetician 

Working knowledge of medical terminology

One-year experience working as an Aesthetician

Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage competing priorities and workflow.
