We are searching for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our Calgary team under the supervision of Phi’s Clinical Director and Master Injector Lisa Inverson.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for administering Neuromodulators, Dermal Fillers, Biostimulators, Sclerotherapy and PRP
Responsible for patient care, assessment, planning, implementation, education on the benefits of injectable and evaluation of treatments to ensure the best patient’s outcome.
Conduct extensive patient consultations and develop a detailed treatment plan for medical director approval
Assessing patients’ areas of concern and recommending appropriate treatment plan.
Providing follow up care to patients and address post treatment patient concerns.
Ensuring the proper storage, administration and inventory counts for Toxin and Fillers and other injectables, as well as prescribed products in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
Educating clients on skin care products and laser treatment options.
Responding to telephone and e-mail inquiries and post procedure follow-ups.
Cosmetic Nurse Injectors must take responsibility to attend training sessions and keep up to date with all clinical and professional developments offered.
Find creative ideas to increase the traffic of injectables in the clinic (marketing, social media, etc.)
Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve budgetary goals as defined by the office manager
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be currently registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Alberta
Minimum 1-2 years cosmetic injecting experience
Experience injecting fillers and neuromodulators from multiple brands
Excellent knowledge of facial anatomy
Proficiency with sales and client consultations
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
Honest, ethical with an ability and desire to identify and fulfill key client needs
Team player, self-motivated and a positive attitude
A social media presence or pre-existing clientele is considered a strong asset
