We are looking for an experienced Stress Engineer to join our aerospace engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed structural analyses on aircraft components and assemblies, ensuring full compliance with airworthiness requirements and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and certification teams throughout the development and qualification phases.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform static, fatigue, damage tolerance, and dynamic analyses on metallic and composite aircraft structures.
• Develop, validate, and optimize structural solutions in collaboration with design engineering teams.
• Build and run Finite Element Models (FEM) using industry‑standard aerospace tools.
• Prepare clear, detailed analysis reports for design reviews, certification activities, and regulatory authorities (e.g., EASA, FAA).
• Support structural testing (static, fatigue, vibration), including test planning, instrumentation definition, and correlation of analysis results with test data.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, material specifications, and airworthiness regulations.
• Provide technical support throughout manufacturing, production, and in‑service phases.
 
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in stress analysis within the aerospace industry.
• Strong proficiency with FEA software such as Nastran, Patran, Abaqus, HyperMesh, ANSYS, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of metallic and composite structural behavior, airframe design principles, and load paths.
• Strong skills in classical stress analysis and hand calculations.
• Ability to read and interpret aerospace engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
