For this reason, we are looking for an Advisory Analyst with at least 1 to 3 years of experience performing similar duties in financial advisory, consulting, or portfolio analysis (NPL/REO experience is a strong plus) to join our Advisory & Business Development Team in Madrid. What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
Develop and improve analytical and valuation tools for RPL/NPL/REO portfolios.
Manage, cleanse, analyze, and automate data from multiple databases and sources (Excel proficiency desired, ability required).
Build financial models, KPI analysis, and reporting to support investment decisions
Participate in due diligence and advisory projects alongside legal, technical, and investment teams.
Prepare presentations and perform market research focused on real estate and debt markets.
Conduct statistical analysis and generate KPI reports to facilitate investment decisions.
What knowledge and skills will you need to have to succeed in the position?
1–3 years of experience in financial advisory, consulting, or portfolio analysis (NPL/REO experience is a strong plus)
Bachelor’s in finance, economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA = bonus)
Financial modeling knowledge (DCF, risk analysis, sensitivities) and Excel/PowerPoint proficiency
Data-driven approach to business decision-making
Fluent in English (C1+); Spanish fluency is a strong advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills for client interactions.
A highly analytical mindset with a client-oriented approach
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
Basic knowledge of data-oriented tools such as Power Query, Power BI, R, Python, etc.
Nice to have
Advanced technical skills in Python, SQL, or VBA
Experience in automating reports and building dashboards
Familiarity with real estate and debt markets in Southern Europe
