Your role

We are looking for an Advertising Operations Associate to support the execution, tracking, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels. This role sits at the intersection of campaign delivery, performance tracking, and internal coordination, and is critical to ensuring campaigns run smoothly, accurately, and on time. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities


Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of advertising campaigns across digital platforms


Track campaign performance and maintain accurate reporting dashboards and trackers


Ensure campaign assets, timelines, and delivery requirements are met


Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, data, product) to ensure smooth execution


Assist with post-campaign reporting, insights, and performance summaries


Identify operational issues or inefficiencies and flag improvements


Maintain clean documentation, logs, and performance records


Support ongoing optimization and testing initiatives

Your expertise:


1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, marketing operations, performance marketing, or analytics


Strong comfort with data, numbers, and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets required)


Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously


High attention to detail and strong organizational skills


Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset


Comfortable working with cross-functional teams


Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, or ad platforms is a plus
