Main Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on Campaigns: Work closely with marketing teams and strategic partners to help create impactful products and campaigns utilizing current industry trends.

• Ideation & Execution: Interpret creative briefs to develop innovative concepts and see them through to execution, utilizing modern tools to streamline the process.

• Translate Objectives: Turn marketing goals and data into clear, engaging, and fresh creative ideas.

• Brand Guardianship: Assist in maintaining visual communication and ensuring brand standards are met across various projects.

• Team Collaboration: Participate in creative reviews, troubleshoot design challenges, and collaborate closely with the wider creative team to refine ideas.

Core Requirements:
• Experience: 1–3 years of professional creative, art direction, or graphic design experience, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing your creative potential.

• Tool Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

• AI Savvy (Major Plus): Hands-on experience and strong proficiency with AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Google Gemini, etc) to rapidly prototype, storyboard, or generate assets.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a highly collaborative mindset.

• Design Fundamentals: Hands-on experience applying current digital and web design best practices.

• Conceptual Thinking: Great visual aesthetic, strong research skills, and the ability to seamlessly translate abstract ideas into compelling visual concepts

Salary Range:
• Gross Salary 1800-3500 EUR/Month.
