We are seeking a highly skilled ADAS / Autonomous Driving Engineer to contribute to the design and implementation of advanced driver assistance and self-driving functionalities. This role requires strong hands-on experience in ADAS frameworks, path planning, and path tracking algorithms, along with solid Python expertise for development and code analysis. Based in Bangalore, this position is ideal for professionals who have practical implementation experience across end-to-end ADAS modules and are ready to join immediately. You will work on cutting-edge automotive technologies, building intelligent, safety-critical systems that power next-generation mobility solutions.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and optimize ADAS features including Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Keeping (LK), Lane Change (LC), Active Safety systems, Parking Assist, and Self-Driving functions.
• Implement and fine-tune path tracking algorithms such as PID, Pure Pursuit, Model Predictive Control (MPC), and Stanley Controller.
• Develop robust path planning solutions using algorithms including Hybrid A*, Dijkstra, and RRT.
• Write, review, and optimize Python code, including performing changelist impact analysis and code quality assessments.
• Integrate ADAS modules with vehicle control systems and simulation environments.
• Conduct testing, validation, and performance tuning of autonomous driving features.
• Ensure compliance with automotive safety and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including perception, controls, and system integration engineers.
• Troubleshoot complex system-level issues in real-time and simulation environments.

• Strong proficiency in Python, including debugging, code reviews, and impact analysis.
• Experience working in automotive or mobility-focused environments.
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, control systems, and real-time system constraints.
• Ability to independently handle complex technical challenges and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Immediate availability to join and contribute to ongoing projects.
